– You will get a personal learning guide based on your current form via WhatsApp communication with your coach, video links, individual video breakdown from your coach, or a scheduled zoom video call with your coach to nail it.

– Unfortunately – No. Our metabolism is still working 24/7, we eat, we move and there is always a way or alternative to be closer to your health goals. It’s great to have a coach during tough times to keep yourself accountable and to prioritize better choices. There will be never a perfect time to diet or to work out in perfection. We are adapting to our life obstacles towards our health and fitness goals.

– Yes. It will be a single purchase, not a monthly coaching. It will be designed for 6-8 weeks for your goals and fitness level.
– You can always schedule a consultation about your program as a separate service for further assistance.
