1. Payment due 1st of each month through an auto-pay setup. Any contract must commit 3 months minimum coaching.

Payments are expected at the same time each month, if payment is past due 5 days without communication, the client will be considered terminated. If the client doesn't take responsibility for the communication after three warnings, - the client gets permanently terminated.

2. Nutrition coaching can't be delayed or paused for any reason (vacation, trips, flu, etc), except for serious medical conditions where you must provide medical documents about health situations and/or follow a special diet prescribed by a doctor for a certain period of time. Nutrition and Training Program Design can take 3-5 days after purchasing the service. (Please, understand, it takes time).

3. Nutrition coaching expiration date 12 weeks since purchase (this includes 2-3 days of tailoring your program and your own preparation for a diet).

4. Nutrition plans can be adjusted twice in a very FIRST week of coaching. Any other adjustments are done ONCE a week.

5. Coaching is alcohol-free. The client takes responsibility for their own actions, health, and results.

6. The client takes responsibility for their OWN CHECK-INS without reminders. We are adults and we understand why we are here.

7. COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS: All check-ins will be responded to the same day or within 24 hours if they were received by their assigned day and time; otherwise, the coach will be able to make adjustments within 48-72 hours. All other messages will be responded to within 24 hours. Coaching request to have Saturdays/Sundays to be limited to messages unless you have an emergency.

8. Cancellations: 12 weeks of any coaching package is non-refundable.

9. Any purchased coaching can't be postponed for later.

10. After a 3 months minimum commitment clients can continue monthly payments for any service described below.

11. Monthly cancellation by client must be provided at least 10 days prior to the cancellation date. You can email us to coach@annakriulina.com .

12. Purchasing Zoom sessions as an addition to your primary service (nutrition, full programming, functional coaching, contest prep) can be made through the website payment system.

13. Any purchased Zoom Hours (consults, training) have a 60-day expiration date.

Payments are done automatically through the website.

IN SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read it fully, understood it and signed it voluntarily as my own free act and deed.
